Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you commit to a styling scope.
Learn how pricing works, what changes between vacant and occupied staging, why we own our furniture and how the local approach is planned.
How much does home staging cost on the Gold Coast?
Most staging projects are quoted between $3,000 and $8,000. Smaller packages may begin around $2,500. Large and luxury homes are quoted after inspection because furniture scale, room count, access and artwork requirements vary.
Do you own your furniture?
Yes. We own our furniture collection. This gives us greater control over the condition, availability and combination of pieces used in each property.
Can you stage a home that is still occupied?
Yes. Occupied home staging works with suitable existing furniture and adds selected pieces where needed. We also provide partial staging and consultation only.
Do you stage completely vacant homes?
Yes. Vacant home staging can cover the whole property or selected rooms. We plan the furniture around scale, circulation, photography and the key selling features.
Do you offer partial staging?
Yes. Partial staging focuses on the rooms that carry the campaign, often the main living area, dining zone, main bedroom and outdoor entertaining space.
Do you stage luxury and waterfront homes?
Yes. Large, luxury, waterfront and architect designed homes receive an individual inspection and quote because they often need larger furniture, premium artwork and a more detailed room plan.
Do you work with real estate agents?
Yes. We can work through the agent or directly with the homeowner. We also assist investors and developers preparing completed properties for sale.
Can I book a consultation without hiring furniture?
Yes. Consultation only is available for sellers who want room by room advice and intend to complete the preparation themselves. Pricing depends on property size and the level of written detail required.
What Gold Coast suburbs do you service?
We service the Gold Coast only, including coastal, central, northern and hinterland suburbs. Visit our locations page for detailed local styling guides.
How do you decide what style to use?
We consider the architecture, room dimensions, outlook, existing finishes, property type, suburb and likely buyer experience. We do not apply one fixed coastal package to every property.
What is included in the quote?
The quote outlines the agreed rooms, furniture and styling scope, delivery, installation, collection and the campaign period. The exact inclusions depend on the selected service.
When should I contact you?
Contact us before photography is booked where possible. This gives enough time to inspect the home, decide the scope and coordinate the installation with the campaign.
Can you guarantee a higher sale price?
No. Styling cannot guarantee a sale price or campaign result. Its role is to improve presentation, clarify scale and support stronger photography and inspections.
Are the images on the website your completed projects?
The current website includes representative licensed stock imagery to show different style directions. Ask us for current project examples during your consultation.
