The complete process
Share the suburb, property type, current furniture, room count and likely listing timing.
We review the architecture, room dimensions, access, outlook, existing pieces and key selling features.
You receive a recommendation for full, vacant, occupied, partial, luxury or consultation only.
Repairs, cleaning, decluttering and access requirements are completed before installation.
Furniture and decor are selected from our collection, delivered, placed and styled.
The home is ready for photography, inspections and the agreed campaign period.
We coordinate removal at the agreed point and leave the property clear.
Before installation
Complete repairs, painting and deep cleaning before furniture arrives where possible. In occupied homes, personal items, excess furniture and daily products should be reduced so the new pieces can be integrated cleanly.
Timing the campaign
More notice gives the best opportunity to inspect the property, confirm the scope and coordinate installation around the photographer and agent. Urgent requests can still be discussed, subject to availability and access.
The installation should be complete before the photographer arrives, with time for final checks.
The styling period should cover the expected online launch and initial open homes.
Sellers receive practical guidance for maintaining the main rooms during inspections.
Any campaign extension should be arranged before the original collection date where possible.
Vacant and occupied homes
Every room should feel clear, appropriately scaled and ready to support the listing photography and buyer inspection.
Read the ComparisonContact us before photography is booked where possible. This allows time for inspection, quoting, preparation and installation planning.
